Gate Race – Ball Control


2 groups
each group with a ball
1 grid (15yds x 20yds)
good supply of cones
4-5 cone goals (2-3yds) for each group



One player from each group dribbles through all the cone goals and on his way back he passes the ball through the last cone goal to the next player who starts the same exercise.  Last group to have all players dribble through all cone goals does 10 push-ups.
